Nature's Spa **Waiting List**

Our immersive and invigorating experience on the stunning shoreline of King Edwards Bay returns for 2024.

We will begin as a group with a vibrant and energising yoga flow, moving and breathing under the atmospheric ruins of Tynemouth priory. We will then break into 2 groups which will alternate between the 2 below experiences:

- Wild sauna with Steam & Salt combined with electrifying cold sea dips to awaken your senses and feel alive!

- Fireside breathwork and meditation journey with the soul soothing sound of the hand pan played live by our awesome friend Judy.

We will then group back together sharing some heart warming cacao.

No experience necessary, all welcome. Please seek medical advice if you suffer any cardiovascular or respiratory related conditions. Not suitable for pregnancy.
