Service Description

A fun and high paced energy blast combining Core focussed HIIT with Vinyasa based flow! We use the posture transitions inspired from our Vinyasa classes to create a fitness focused HIIT class building strength, balance, focus and plenty of sweat. A twist on our regular HIIT Flow sessions with a focus on developing awareness of the core and building strength and stability. This is NOT a yoga class, but it will absolutely help develop the balance, flexibility and strength to improve the physical side of your yoga practice. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness!
