Service Description

A 45-minute postnatal fitness class designed for mums who are ready to move, rebuild strength, and feel good in their bodies again - with baby right by their side. Finishing with a cuppa and catch up. This dynamic session blends yoga and Pilates–inspired flow with functional strength and mobility work to support postnatal recovery and confident training. Expect a full-body workout that gets the heart rate up, strengthens the core and pelvic floor, and improves flexibility, all while staying responsive to your baby’s needs. No childcare needed - feed, cuddle, or pause whenever you need. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and leave feeling energised and empowered.

For Plans and Memberships Cancellation Cut off is 12 hours before class start time - please note for sessions that start before 10am this cut off is 6pm the previous evening. Please see your plan/ membership for specific conditions. Courses are non-refundable. You may transfer to a future course to you are welcome to miss a session and continue the remaining course.
