Join us for a fresh and vibrant flow, moving and breathing on the sand under the atmospheric ruins of Tynemouth Priory while embracing the energising sea air.
We'll be plunging into the electrifying North Sea water after! Please join us...you are guaranteed to feel amazing after :D
Family, friends, kids, pets all welcome!
Bring a mat, warm layers that can be easily removed as we warm up (Towel & Swimmies if you fancy a dip)
See you on the beach!
