52 Rounds of Salutations: Awaken your body, mind, and spirit with 52 powerful rounds of salutations , symbolising a fresh start for each week of the year.  

Fire Circle Breathwork: Gather around the enchanting fire circle as we delve into transformative breathwork, guided by the warmth of the flames. Let the fire within guide you to release the old and welcome the new.  

North Sea Plunge: Embrace the exhilarating energy of the sea as we collectively plunge into the electrifying water, symbolising the cleansing of the past and embracing the purity of the present moment.  

Homemade soup around the fire: Warm your soul with some delicious homemade vegetable soup, carefully crafted with love and nourishing wholesome ingredients.  

Community Connection: Connect with like-minded souls, share stories, and create lasting memories in the company of a supportive community, fostering a sense of belonging and unity.

Note: Please bring your yoga mat, comfortable warm clothing, sea swimming attire and an open heart. All levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Entering the sea is not compulsory and completely at your own risk.
