Kids Yoga & Craft Workshop

A morning of yoga and crafting fun for your little yogi's.

We will start the session with some fun yoga shapes and sequences to release and balance their energies.

Followed by a mindful creative craft with Happy Crafts, testing out their skills and letting their imagination run wild.

Completing our morning with some wind down yoga so they will feel balanced and restored ready for the rest of the day ahead.

Workshop includes all equipment and craft activity.

A healthy snack and refreshments will be provided.

£16 per child, they can be dropped off and collected again after the session. We also have a waiting room if you would prefer to stick around.
