About the event
Our postnatal taster workshop is a supportive introduction to what we offer here at Shore Yoga; movement after birth, designed to help you reconnect with your body and find the style of training that feels right for you. In this workshop, you’ll experience all of our core postnatal offerings - Yoga, Pilates, and Mum & Baby Power Flow - with guidance, options, and plenty of space to move at your own pace. Babies are welcome throughout.
Yoga focuses on gentle mobility, stretching, and nervous system regulation, helping to release tension, improve flexibility, and support recovery during the postnatal period.
Pilates targets core strength, posture, and pelvic floor connection, building a strong foundation for everyday movement and long-term training.
Power Flow brings everything together with dynamic, functional strength and full-body movement to rebuild confidence, stamina, and strength in a safe, progressive way.
