About the event
Our immersive and invigorating experience on the stunning shoreline of King Edwards Bay.
Carefully curated and balanced with everything you need to reset and recharge. We will begin as a group with a vibrant and energising yoga flow, moving and breathing under the atmospheric ruins of Tynemouth Priory. We will then break into 2 groups which will alternate between the 2 below experiences:
- Wild sauna with Steam & Salt combined with electrifying cold sea dips to awaken your senses and feel alive!
- Fireside breathwork and meditation journey with the soul soothing sound of live rav vast.
We will then group back together sharing some heart warming cacao.
