As we approach the autumn equinox, a moment when day and night are perfectly balanced, take a pause to check in with yourself and find harmony in your life.
Escape the hustle and bustle and join us for a serene sunset or sunset yoga session on the shores of the North Sea, featuring a yin/yang flow designed to inspire balance.
As always we'll be plunging in the sea at some point! (optional!)
Morning and Evening Tickets available.
These are outdoor sessions and will be non refundable but offered a studio credit instead should it be affected by bad weather.
