As we approach the Spring equinox, a moment when day and night are perfectly balanced, take a pause to check in with yourself and find harmony in your life.
Escape the hustle and bustle and join us for a serene sunset or sunset yoga session on the shores of the North Sea, featuring a yin/yang flow designed to inspire balance.
As always we'll be plunging in the sea at some point! (optional!)
