We're bringing two giant bell tents full of joy to our beloved North East coast. It's going to be Epic!
Join us for an inspiring weekend dedicated to wellness, family fun, and coastal adventures. Held at the picturesque Shore Yoga, the North Sea Wellbeing Weekender offers a diverse lineup of sessions designed to refresh your body and spirit.

08:00 - 09:00: Breathwork and Cold Water Therapy with Sol. 09:15 - 10:00: Free Vinyasa Yoga. 10:30 - 11:45: Rise Together: Acro Yoga for All Levels. 12:00 - 12:45: Free Pilates. 13:00 - 14:00: Wellness Workshop with Zenote Handmade. 14:15 - 15:15: Deep Vibes: Yin Yoga and Sound Immersion. 15:30 - 16:30: Ride the Wave: Mobility for Surfing. 17:00 - 18:00: Film Screening of "The Yin & Yang of Gerry Lopez" courtesy of Patagonia.
