Yoga for Surfing Workshop + Yin & Yang of Gerry Lopez Screening

A 75 minute workshop focusing on mobility and flexibility for surfing.

Workshop time 5pm-6:15pm

This workshop will be split into two parts:

Pre-surf mobility and warm up

Part one will focus on dynamic movements and targeted stretches. We'll guide you through exercises to improve joint mobility, enhance flexibility and activate the key muscle groups used for surfing. Get your body primed for the waves with a specialized routine tailored to the demands of surfing!

Post surf deep stretch recovery

Part two will focus on deep stretching techniques that will aid muscle relaxation and recovery. We'll flow slowly through a series of stretches and breath techniques that will help alleviate tension, prevent stiffness and enhance your body's recovery process.

Suitable for all levels of surfing and fitness. Whether you're a seasoned surfer or just starting out, this workshop will provide you with practical and useful tools to prepare your body and mind for the demands of heavy surf sessions.
