Service Description
Mum & Baby Yoga A nurturing and down-to-earth class for you and your baby to enjoy together. This session blends gentle yoga for mums to support recovery, strength, and relaxation, with playful, calming interactions for your baby – including soft stretches, songs, and soothing techniques and touch therapy to help settle and bond. Babies stay close on our cosy play mats, with blankets and toys to keep them comfortable and content while you move and breathe. There’s plenty of space for feeding, changing, or simply resting – everything unfolds at your pace. What makes this class unique is its balanced approach: offering connection and benefit for both you and your baby, while specifically supporting your spine, pelvic floor, and core through targeted postnatal movement and breathwork. We always set aside time after class to socialise, connect with others in the group – and most importantly, enjoy a hot cuppa. This class is ideal from 6 weeks post-birth (or 8–10 weeks after a cesarean) through to pre-crawling.
