Welcome to our 6-week Pregnancy Yoga course! This course is designed to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout your pregnancy journey. Each week, you'll explore specific themes and practices, from strengthening and flexibility to bonding with your baby and preparing for birth. You'll learn safe and effective yoga techniques tailored for each trimester, including breathing exercises, guided meditations, and gentle stretches. By the end of the course, you'll feel more connected, relaxed, and prepared for the beautiful journey ahead. As a special thank you, you'll also receive a free gift to enhance your yoga practice and support your pregnancy wellness. Your course will be delivered by Nicola, a specially trained Women's Yoga instructor through Yogabellies, with over 6 years of experience supporting women in our wonderful community. Week 1: Embracing Your Pregnancy Journey: - Overview of Pregnancy Yoga benefits - Safety guidelines and modifications for each trimester - Breathing techniques for relaxation and stress relief - Gentle warm-up and stretching exercises - Mindfulness and body awareness Week 2: Building Strength for Pregnancy - Core strengthening exercises - Pelvic floor health and exercises - Posture awareness and improvement - Gentle lower body strength training - Yoga poses for building stability Week 3: Enhancing Flexibility for Comfort - Safe stretching techniques for pregnant women - Hip opening exercises - Gentle back stretches and twists - Shoulder and neck tension relief - Yoga poses for increased flexibility and comfort Week 4: Connecting with Your Baby - Guided meditations for bonding with your baby - Visualisation techniques - Partner yoga exercises (if applicable) - Heart-opening poses - Affirmations and positive thinking Week 5: Preparing Body and Mind for Birth - Breathing techniques for labour and delivery - Pelvic floor relaxation exercises - Yoga poses to encourage optimal fetal positioning - Gentle movements to alleviate common pregnancy discomforts - Visualisation and relaxation practices for birth Week 6: Embracing Relaxation and Integration - Full-body relaxation and restorative yoga - Yoga nidra (yogic sleep) practice - Gentle flowing sequences - Reflecting on your pregnancy journey - Final relaxation and meditation A comprehensive approach to pregnancy yoga, supporting physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout the different stages of pregnancy.

Cancellation Policy

Course Duration - The course must be taken consecutively for 6 weeks from the start date. Missed Session Policy - If you miss a session, you can carry over one session to the regular weekly Pregnancy Yoga sessions (Wednesday at 7.30pm and Thursday at 6.30pm). Cancellation Policy - If you cannot attend the full course, you can either: - Join the next available course. - Receive a full refund (minus a 15% administrative fee) if you provide at least 7 days' notice before the course start date.
