Surf Lesson & Yoga Waiver

I understand that participating in both surf lessons and yoga involves physical activity, which carries inherent risks. In surf lessons, risks include but are not limited to: injury from physical exertion, potential contact with other surfers or surfboards, water-related incidents such as drowning, and unpredictable ocean conditions such as currents, waves, and marine life. In yoga, risks include injury from physical movements, muscle strain, or other physical discomfort. The risk of injury, including serious injury or death, cannot be entirely eliminated in either activity.

Surf Lesson Risks & Water Safety

I acknowledge that I must have sufficient swimming ability to participate safely in the surf lesson. I confirm that I can swim at least 50 meters unaided and feel comfortable in open water conditions, including being submerged by waves and dealing with strong currents. I understand that my participation in surf lessons is at my own risk and that the ocean is an unpredictable environment.

Water safety is a priority, and I agree to follow all instructions provided by the surf instructor to reduce the risk of injury. I acknowledge that failing to follow these instructions or acting beyond my ability could result in injury or harm to myself or others. I also understand that ocean conditions can change rapidly, and I will always exercise caution when entering and exiting the water.

Yoga Practice Risks

Yoga includes physical movements and opportunities for relaxation, stress reduction, and relief of muscular tension. As with any physical activity, the risk of injury is present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort during the practice, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture to a safe position, and seek support from the instructor if necessary.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Customers with pre-existing medical conditions or those who are pregnant should seek advice from a medical professional before attending yoga classes. I affirm that I am solely responsible for deciding whether to participate in yoga and for inf
