Our most popular class. An opportunity to develop your practice in a safe and supported space. Each class is taught in the personal style that our wonderful teachers bring to our studio. You will leave feeling vibrant and nourished. A fun session for all levels of experience.

Cancellation Policy
Please see our full terms and conditions here: https://www.shore.yoga/pricing If purchasing as PAY NOW please be aware that this is a non refundable or transferable booking. Outdoor sessions cancelled by Shore will be transferred to the next available class. For Plans and Memberships Cancellation Cut off is 12 hours before class start time - please note for sessions that start before 10am this cut off is 6pm the previous evening. Please see your plan/ membership for specific conditions. Courses are non-refundable. You may transfer to a future course to you are welcome to miss a session and continue the remaining course.
