Family-friendly yoga classes designed to support everyday wellbeing, encourage mindful movement, and create space for families to slow down together. These sessions offer a relaxed, welcoming environment where parents and babies can move, rest, and connect, building healthy habits and meaningful family connections that support a balanced lifestyle for years to come.
A session design with you in mind but without the need to find childcare.
We focus on actively rebuilding and strengthening your core and pelvic floor in a small class setting.

Mum and Mover Yoga
Friday's 9.30am (Term Time)
A brand new group for under 5's. Each session is 1 hr15m beginning with a group activity and filled with a new fun theme each week: Movement, Mindfulness, Creativity and Nature.
Working with some very special partners your little ones will enjoy a journey building confidence and self awareness.

Our regular school holiday workshop is the perfect way to entertain your little ones. Suitable for Age 5+ on their own or Under 5s with an adult.
Explore yoga movement followed by a creative craft, a balanced session for physical and mental stimulation.

If you want to yoga but your partner work shifts, you are a single parent or don’t have childcare this is the perfect class for you! We have mindful sections set up if your little ones prefer to fidget than flow.
Under 5s with adult, over 5 can be left.
