Acro Yoga blends traditional yoga with elements of acrobatics and partner work, inviting trust, connection, and a sense of joyful play. But don’t worry — you won’t be expected to fly solo. This fully supported session will be guided at every stage, with experienced teachers on hand to help you feel safe, confident and empowered.

Whether you're bringing a friend or coming on your own, you'll be warmly partnered with a teacher or fellow yogi. No prior experience of Acro Yoga (or a partner) needed — just a willingness to try something new and have fun.
