This playful and immersive workshop uses the aerial hammock to support, challenge and deepen your practice. Explore movement, balance, strength and mobility as you learn how to use the hammock in new and exciting ways.

Expect a blend of supported stretches, flowing movement, strength work and playful aerial shapes, with plenty of time to explore and have fun.

No previous aerial experience is needed just come ready to move, explore and try something different.
