Come and enjoy quality time together in our fun and friendly Family Yoga sessions at Shore Studio! These classes are designed for little ones and their grown-ups to move, stretch, and play in a relaxed and welcoming space.
The added Acro Element of these sessions will have you both rolling around in fits of giggles but importantly giving that physical connection and opportunity to build trust together
Using our studio equipment in fun and imaginative ways, we’ll go on yoga adventures, balance like flamingos, stretch like cats, and fly like superheroes — all while learning how to breathe deeply, relax mindfully, and move joyfully as a team.
