Tune in and connect with the wild energy of the North Sea in the historic and atmospheric cove of King Edward's Bay, Tynemouth.
Each session will be different and will flow with the vibe and energy of the group.
This is an all weather class so please bring dryrobes, waterproofs, umbrellas, bivvy bags, sleeping bags, whatever it takes to stay dry and toasty warm. Please bring your own yoga mat too.
Option to join us for a fresh and energising sea dip after class followed by a warm drink.
