Come together for our monthly community yoga on the golden sands of King Edward's Bay, nestled beneath the iconic Tynemouth Priory and Castle. This FREE event is a chance for everyone, from beginnners to yoga enthusiasts, to connect and share in the joy of movement and mindfulness.
Enjoy the harmony of yoga with the soothing sounds of the sea, surrounded by friends and the welcoming spirit of our local community.
Join on the sand to move, breathe, unwind and embrace the beautiful vibes of our coastal haven.
- 45 minutes of yoga followed by a community photo
- Optional sea dip
- Bring a mat, towel or blanket for the practice
- Please register so we know how many teachers and space we will need.
