Join us on the stunning sands of King Edward's Bay, Tynemouth for our first FREE community beach yoga of 2024
Our way of giving back to the community and providing some goodness to all people from all walks of life.
Everyone is welcome!
We have an Easter twist for this session with an Easter Egg Hunt for all the little sprogs and mini yogis! Bring all of your family and friends for a morning of joy.
The class will be 45 minutes of yoga followed by an optional dip or chill on the beach afterwards.
All levels welcome, no experience necessary.
