Summer Solstice Nature's Spa Special
Join us for an immersive and invigorating experience on the stunning shoreline of King Edwards Bay.
We will begin as a group with a vibrant and energising yoga flow, moving and breathing under the atmospheric ruins of Tynemouth priory. We will then break into 2 groups which will alternate between the 2 below experiences:
- Wild sauna with Steam & Salt combined with electrifying cold sea dips to awaken your senses and feel alive!
- Fireside breathwork and meditation journey with the soul soothing sound of the hand pan played live.
We will then group back together sharing some heart warming cacao and celebrate the solstice weekend.
