Reiki with Sound

The Reiki and Sound session will be held on Sunday, 2nd July, with Monday the 3rd playing host to the first full moon of the Summer. This Buck Moon, is so called to honour the growth cycle of male deer’s antlers.

A stag’s antlers are simultaneously a sign of protection and presence, becoming more substantial with age. In the same way, we are shaped by our life experiences.

It is said that the growth of Buck’s new set of antlers starts to become apparent at this time of year and are growing at the fastest rate.

When we transition from a period of inward reflection to outer expression, we, too, carry with us a symbol of our newfound and enduring strength. Strength is born through the consolidation of the trials we overcome.

So, on this early Summer’s evening, experience the transformational effects of both Reiki and Sound Healing. We shall combine the nurturing effects of Reiki and the more visceral impact of sound therapy in order to help you to shed old, stagnant layers of energy. To assist you in creating space for entering into a period of great growth and standing in your own True strength.

As the journey unfolds with the instrumental journey created by James, you will travel from the inner work we have done into a space where we are ready to shed versions of ourselves we no longer identify with. In the safety of the supportive space we have created, you will see what is holding you back from coming into your full inner strength.

As you are taken on this journey through the layers of self, facilitated by the sounds, Leena will bring the supporting, soft power of Reiki and the safety it brings to each individual in turn. The Reiki will allow you to shift what is ready to be discarded and bring in what you really need in its place.
