Gently cocooned in soft fabric, you'll experience an incredible sense of weightlessness, allowing your body to completely surrender and your mind to switch off in a way that simply isn't possible lying on the floor.

As you softly float, Alex will guide you through a deeply immersive sound journey. Healing vibrations will flow through the space, surrounding you with layers of soothing sound designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind and restore a deep sense of balance.
