Support your stride and stay injury-free with this focused 90-minute workshop combining Pilates and Yoga – specially designed with runners in mind.
This session blends dynamic movement, strength work, and deep stretching to help you move more efficiently and recover more effectively. We’ll begin with Pilates-based exercises to build core stability, improve posture, and strengthen the muscles that support your running. Then we’ll transition into yoga-based stretches to open up the hips, hamstrings, and lower back – areas that often become tight or overworked in runners.
Expect a balanced session that builds awareness, supports recovery, and helps you feel stronger, longer, and more mobile – both on and off the track.
