Soak up the North Sea air and celebrate the sun rising with a refreshing and vibrant Vinyasa style mellow flow, moving to the sound and energy of the sea. There's also the option to join us after class for a dip in the sea.
The perfect way to start your day in the full embrace of nature and our stunning North East coastline.
Everyone who attends will get a free coffee/tea from the Seabanks Ices hut at the top of the point.
Suitable for all levels including complete beginners
