Service Description

Build strength, confidence, and control as you work towards arm balances—one step at a time. This ongoing class breaks down the drills and techniques behind poses like Crow, Flying Pigeon, Firefly, and Handstand, helping you safely build the strength and understanding needed to lift off. Each session stands on its own, so you can join at any time. We cycle through a progression of balances over several weeks, meaning you’ll keep developing your skills no matter when you start. Expect a supportive, challenging practice with plenty of options, progressions, and that satisfying sense of flight when it all clicks.

For Plans and Memberships Cancellation Cut off is 12 hours before class start time - please note for sessions that start before 10am this cut off is 6pm the previous evening. Please see your plan/ membership for specific conditions. Courses are non-refundable. You may transfer to a future course to you are welcome to miss a session and continue the remaining course.
