Service Description
A four-week training series designed to help you work towards those iconic arm balances, one step at a time. Each session breaks down the drills, skills, and mindset needed to lift off with confidence. You'll build strength from the ground up, explore key techniques safely, and connect the dots between each posture as your practice evolves. Every four weeks we shift focus to a new balance, each one building on the last, from Crow to Flying Pigeon, Firefly, Handstand and beyond. Expect challenge, progress, and that sweet sense of flight when it all comes together.

For Plans and Memberships Cancellation Cut off is 12 hours before class start time - please note for sessions that start before 10am this cut off is 6pm the previous evening. Please see your plan/ membership for specific conditions. Courses are non-refundable. You may transfer to a future course to you are welcome to miss a session and continue the remaining course.
