Built for the water. Practised on the shore. Surfing demands more from your body than most people realise. Shoulder & hip mobility for paddling and popping up, core stability for balance, and the flow state that keeps you connected to the water beneath you. This class targets exactly what surfers need. Expect work on: - shoulder and thoracic mobility to improve your paddling - hip openers to get you to your feet faster and cleaner - spinal twists to build the rotational strength you need to generate power on the wave - core and balance work that translates directly to your board - breathing techniques to keep you calm in the water No yoga experience needed. No flexibility required. Move better, recover faster, stay stoked for longer 🤙 On the beach at Tynemouth. Bring your board shorts.

For Plans and Memberships Cancellation Cut off is 12 hours before class start time - please note for sessions that start before 10am this cut off is 6pm the previous evening. Please see your plan/ membership for specific conditions. Courses are non-refundable. You may transfer to a future course to you are welcome to miss a session and continue the remaining course.
