About the event
All the vibrancy and energy of our usual community session but in the stunning Cullercoats Bay.
A little earlier than usual to accommodate the tides.
Join us for 45 minutes of yoga followed by an optional dip or chill on the beach afterwards.
All Levels welcome, no experience necessary.
Please register so we know how many teachers and space we will need.
Maybe we can go for a record breaking beach session in the bay!
