We have a safe space for you. Our teachers are specially trained in Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga as well as additional services such as Antenatal/ Postnatal Care, Breastfeeding Support and Coaching/ Mentoring.
Prepare your body and mind through a series of relaxing, supportive and strength building techniques. Each session is adapted to support you and your growing bump throughout pregnancy helping you to deal with the emotional and physical changes the journey in to motherhood can bring. Maintain your fitness safely during each trimester as well as learning some new techniques specific to labour and birth: Breathing, Relaxation and Birth Toolkit. Suitable from 12 weeks to birth.
MUM AND BABY YOGA (POSTNATAL)
Rebuild, recharge and relax - help ease that transition in to motherhood surrounded by likeminded supportive women. With sessions including yoga for both you and baby, you can rebuild strength from within and extend that bond with your little one. Following on from our Pregnancy Yoga we continue to work with breathing and relaxation techniques to help sooth baby and active mummy minds. With time to grab a hot cuppa and biscuit to socialise with other mums. Suitable from 6 weeks.
Nurturing and creative yoga classes for children aged 4-12 years. Teacher led classes designed to encourage relaxation and mindfulness through stories, games and crafts.
Our children are the focus of the session attuning to what they need most each week; if it is burning off some energy we add active movement, or if it has been a tough week at school we mellow it out with a bit of toe-ga!
A yoga class for you and your family to enjoy together. Recommended for children aged 5+ on their own or you can attend with them also.
If you want to yoga but your partner work shifts, you are a single parent or don’t have childcare this is the perfect class for you! We have mindful sections set up if your little ones prefer to fidget than flow.
A brand new group for under 5's. Each session is 1 hr15m beginning with a group activity and filled with a new fun theme each week: Movement, Mindfulness, Creativity and Nature.
Working with some very special partners your little ones will enjoy a journey building confidence and self awareness.
Suitable from newborn, no matter what your birth experience. A gentle reintroduction to life with baby, reconnecting with your postpartum body and everything in between. Gentle neck and shoulder stretches but no yoga for mum as we focus on your mental recovery first. With different themes each week and special guest experts on fundamental topics such as sleep, feeding and relationships.
BABY MASSAGE, BABY YOGA & FitMAM
Our resident baby specialist, Sarah of Stretch & Soothe brings a wonderful mix of her signature sessions including;
- Baby Massage (suitable from 5 weeks)
- Baby Yoga Tiny's and Mini's (suitable from 12 weeks to active crawlers)
- Yogi Tots (active crawlers +)

Join us for an informative and supportive open day where we will introduce you to the wonderful world of parenting, whether you are with bump or have multiple babies.
And it’s not all about the Yoga! Whilst we will of course be showing you the benefits of yoga for you and baby we will also have other specialists for example:
