Story

Get to know our Founder, Nicola

I’ve been working with local mums since 2018, after discovering yoga during my own pregnancy and experiencing its powerful benefits firsthand. That journey inspired me to redirect my career toward supporting women through every stage of motherhood, using yoga and wellbeing practices to nurture strength, balance, and connection.
